Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Kennedy Commons

Celebrate the magic of the holiday season in the heart of downtown Anaconda! The Christmas Stroll is a cherished community tradition that marks the official kickoff to the holidays. It’s a night filled with festive lights, joyful music, and the spirit of togetherness as friends, families, and neighbors come together to celebrate the season.

This family-friendly event is free to attend, and everyone is encouraged to shop local, grab a bite to eat, and support Anaconda’s small businesses while taking in the festive fun.

Event Schedule

• 5:30 p.m. – Christmas Light Parade on Main Street

• 6:00 p.m. – Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Kennedy Commons, featuring Santa Claus himself

• 6:00 p.m. and beyond – Downtown Stroll — visit your favorite shops, enjoy live music, food trucks, craft vendors, and live mannequins, and don’t forget to stop by the Hickory House Inn for photos with Santa!

• 8:00 p.m. – Festival of the Trees at the Elks Lodge — admire beautifully decorated trees and bid on your favorite to take home.
